My Biography

With over 35 years of experience, I've worked in leadership roles at some of the world’s most successful companies, including Amazon. I've consulted for major enterprises and helped fast-growing start-ups and scale-ups build robust management systems.

Throughout my career, I've worn many hats: IT Manager,  Senior Marketing Manager, CCO/CMO, and Chapter Lead. I've led large teams, managed substantial budgets, and drove innovative marketing strategies. My responsibilities have included overseeing P&Ls measured in millions.

My passion lies in understanding the intricacies of business, leadership, and efficiency. But this journey isn't just about me -
it's about you.

The name "Crafting Leaders" reflects my belief that great leaders are made, not born. It embodies my approach of meticulously shaping and honing leadership skills through personalized coaching and consulting.
